Help if you are worried
This is a very strange and often, worrying time right now. It is perfectly normal to feel anxious or scared about some of the things that are happening at the moment. Remember - you are not the only person to feel this way or have questions about what's going on. It's important to talk to the people you are at home with to share your worries but here are some other things that might help you.
