Year 4 – Mrs Palmer

Welcome to Eiffel Tower Class.

The children have had a fantastic half term learning about fractions and decimals in maths.  I have been amazed by the children's understanding and commitment to their learning and they should all be proud of themselves!

They have been learning about Ancient Egypt and have been thoroughly captivated by this interesting topic.

Keep up the hard work Eiffel Tower Class!

Dear Eiffel Tower class,

Miss Watkins and I are working really hard to prepare some work for you during the national lockdown, including meetings on Google Classrooms instead of Zoom as we have done previously.  You can find the meet link on your Google classroom stream – this link will not change, and you can use it whenever we have a meeting scheduled. It will look like this at the top of the page:

We have prepared a timetable for you to follow and attend the daily Google Meet meetings.  It is really important you attend these meetings where we will be taking a daily register.

As before, you can use the following link on the school webpage, which will provide lots of other amazing links and activities for you to work on, if you need some more support.

We are both well and hope that you and your families keep safe during this period of quarantine.

Anti-Bullying Week-United Against Bullying.

Super Science!

Hello everyone in Y4.

I hope you have had a super holiday and enjoyed some of the fantastic weather we had.  I am really looking forward to seeing you on Monday 7th September.  When you get into the cloakroom, you will find your name above a peg for you to put your coat on.  Please put your lunch box in the plastic box under the bench.  In your classroom, you will see many things that you recognise like a visual timetable, the days of the week, birthday candles and there will be a drawer with your name on it.

Miss Watkins is the other adult working in our class and I know she is looking forward to seeing you again too.

See you on Monday!

Mrs Palmer
