Year 2 – Mr Staveley

Great Fire of London artwork

In History this term, we have been learning about the Great Fire of London. To celebrate this, we created collages using tissue paper.

We also were architects and designed a range of new houses to be build in Londonderry after the fire.

Spring 2021 Term Topic Web

Dear Northern Lights class,

Miss Martin and I are working really hard to prepare some work for you on Google Classrooms.  You can find the meet link on your Google classroom stream – this link will not change, and you can use it whenever we have a meeting scheduled. It will look like this at the top of the page:

We have prepared a timetable for you to follow and attend the daily Google Meet meetings.  It is really important you attend these meetings where we will be taking a daily register.

As before, you can use the following link on the school webpage, which will provide lots of other amazing links and activities for you to work on, if you need some more support.

We hope that you and your families keep safe during this period of quarantine. If you have any questions please contact the teacher through the home learning e mail.

Mr Staveley

I've spent the last few days getting our classroom ready and I look forward to welcoming you on Monday.
