Can I plan and design a well-balanced meal?

Think about what you have learned so far. You are going to design a well-balanced meal which includes a little from each group:

  • Fruit and vegetables
  • Carbohydrates
  • Proteins
  • Dairy
  • Fats

Please draw and label your meal, also saying which food group each food is from. (You might also like to add a drink and a dessert.)

Wednesday 14th October 2020

Today you should select several tins or packets of food from your cupboard, draw it and look on the label to see what the nutritional content is.

Choose at least 3 food items and write down the nutrition content.
