Newsletter and Notices

Good Morning,

It has been brought to our attention that the various nursery bubbles are crossing paths with some of the parents and children entering the grounds whilst taking their children to school. This is due to the school and nursery parents having to use the same entrance points for their timed drop off. In order to minimize this as much as possible and to ensure that social distancing is being adhered to at all times, we are asking that you only enter the school gates/grounds between your 10 minute allocated drop off and collection times. If you are outside of your allocated time slot you will be asked to go back through the one way system and not re-enter until it is your drop off time. There will be no stopping or waiting outside of the nursery gate. A member of staff will open the gate slightly before the allocated drop off times ready for you to enter the nursery garden when you arrive. We also ask that only one parent or carer accompanies your child to and from nursery and that although we would normally encourage children to cycle to nursery, the management of this is extremely difficult and potentially adds additional risk to all children, adults and staff. Therefore we ask that personal bikes and scooters do not enter or be ridden onto the school or nursery grounds.

We appreciate your understanding and co-operation during these unprecedented times.

Kind Regards

Natasha Rook

Dear Parents/Carers

We hope you are all safe and well and we would like to thank you all for your ongoing support and patience during this time.

We are now able to complete our first 2 week review process in order to allocate more spaces for those children who now wish to return to nursery. In order for this to happen we ask that you contact us with your intentions on whether you wish for your child to return to nursery by:

 12pm on Tuesday 16th June 2020

Following this, based on demand, spaces will be given accordingly. However, I must stress that even if you respond that you would like your child to attend there is currently no guarantee that you will be allocated a space. This is due to having to operate on very restricted numbers so spaces are limited. If we receive any replies after 12pm on Tuesday 16th June we will not be able to consider your request for a further 2 weeks. If you do not respond we will take note that you do not wish for your child to return at this current time.

If we are able to allocate your child a space you will be emailed the session days and times that are available for your child. Unfortunately the session times and days will not be able to be changed or amended.

If you have any further questions about our wider opening or would like some more information in order to help and support your decision please contact us on 01278 452095

Kind Regards

Natasha Rook and Laura Randell
